Official guarantee for Teploceramic products – 5 years from the date of sale or production of heaters and heated towel rails, 2 years for the thermostat. The service life of the devices is from 30 years.
1. Guarantee service directly through the Teploceramic manufacturer
If the product was purchased through official websites: teploceramic.ua or teploceramic.pro, then the service takes place through the Manufacturer at the factory in Kyiv.
For service, you must:
• contact us using the site's contact numbers;
• specify the Last name for which the order was placed;
• specify the model of the heater or heated towel rail;
• get an SMS with a guide to send the product to the service;
• when shipping, the Buyer must insure the product, that is, indicate its real value. If the carrier damages the product during transportation, and its estimated cost specified by the Buyer is lower than the real one, the Manufacturer will not be able to fulfill its guarantee obligations;
• sending heaters to the Manufacturer's warehouse is carried out without a CRATE, otherwise the Manufacturer will not be able to inspect the product and accept it for service.
Delivery of ceramic panels and heated towel rails to the service and return back to the buyer is carried out at the expense of the Manufacturer. When you receive a working heater that does not require service, the Buyer pays for delivery.
The term of inspection of the product under guarantee is 10 working days from the date of receipt. Next, the Manufacturer decides to repair or replace the product with a new one.
2. guarantee service through the Seller of Teploceramic products
If the product was purchased through dealers and partners of Teploceramic: "Rozetka", "Foxtrot", "Allo", "Comfy", "Epicenter", "Leroy Merlin", etc. For service, you must:
• contact the contact numbers of the site or store where the product was purchased;
• get a guide for sending the product to the service.
3. Guarantee period for ceramic heaters and heated towel rails
The guarantee period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product, which is fixed in the guarantee card and is: 5 years – for ceramic heaters and heated towel rails and 2 years – for thermoregulators. If there is no stamp in the guarantee card, the guarantee period is calculated from the date of production.
4. Exchange and return of Teploceramic products
In accordance with the law of Ukraine "On consumer protection", the Buyer can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange of the heater or refund of its cost to the buyer is possible under the following conditions:
• the product was not used,
• its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
5. How to make a refund or exchange An item for another one
To return or exchange goods purchased through official websites: teploceramic.ua or teploceramic.pro necessary:
• contact us using the site's contact numbers;
• specify the Last name for which the order was placed;
• specify the model of the heater or heated towel rail;
• get an SMS with the guide for sending the product back.
• when shipping, the Buyer must insure the product, that is, specify its actual cost. If the carrier damages the product during transportation, and its estimated cost specified by the sender is lower than the real one, the Manufacturer will not be able to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer;
• sending heaters to the Manufacturer's warehouse is carried out without an additional CRATE. Otherwise, the Manufacturer will not be able to inspect the product and take it to the warehouse.
Delivery of Teploceramic products at the request of the Buyer for exchange or refund is at the Buyer's expense.
The manufacturer receives the product, examines it, and exchanges it or returns the value of the product to the Buyer.
The term of exchange or refund of the product price is up to 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the product at the Manufacturer's warehouse.
6. Refusal to accept Teploceramic products for service, refund or exchange
The manufacturer has the right to refuse to accept the product in the following cases:
• significant defects of the product (cracks, chips, damage to the case, etc.) that occurred due to deliberate or careless actions of the Buyer or third parties;
• violated the rules of operation of the product;
• storage or installation rules are violated;
• the product was opened and repaired by the Buyer, which led to its malfunction.
