The complexity of interaction with public utilities and the unprofitability of using centralized heating have made alternative methods of autonomous heating popular. There is an opinion that heating with electric appliances is long, expensive and impractical.
Of course, in the case of electric convectors that were used earlier, this was indeed the case. Today, they have been replaced by a new type of equipment – infrared panels, which can not only give you the advantages of using autonomous heating, but also completely save you from paperwork.
Let's look at the existing examples of how this issue is implemented in our country. After all, the proof of all of the above can be given real examples of houses and even entire cities that have abandoned the Central heating system in favor of electric heating."

Installing a regulator in each room allows residents to independently control the temperature regime in the room, and save on electricity bills. Thus, already in 2019, electric heating in Kamenskoye became a reality, which allowed us to get rid of unnecessary financial expenses and provide comfort to the population.
Of course, from a global point of view, the issue of switching to electric heating of entire cities raises a lot of questions, starting with the ability of electric networks to withstand such voltage and ending with electricity tariffs. However, in practice, it is much easier to ensure the functionality of the power grid than to ensure the operation of an entire water heating system.
Proof of this is individual heating in Rubezhnoye, where the city was forced to abandon it due to the unsatisfactory Central heating system.

Reviews of electric heating in Pavlograd also did their job. The city does not have a state program, but it is estimated that more than 30% of citizens switched to electric heating on their own initiative.
