CERAMIC HEATERS ARE USED FOR HEATING

Cottage heating

Обогрев дачи

Use the controller to program the minimum air temperature when you are not in place and turn on the Teploceramic for full heating a few hours before your arrival. The result is that the house is warm and comfortable, and the total working hours and energy costs are minimal.

Apartment heating

Обогрев квартир

15 mm square and rectangular electric heaters Teploceramic are installed in small apartments in order to save space. For large rooms, they also buy ceramic panels of higher power. For the bathroom, Teploceramic panels are irreplaceable – they save space and not afraid of direct contact with water jets.

Complete solutions for multi-storey buildings

Комплексные решения для многоэтажных домов

Developers refuse from bulky and expensive boilers and uneconomical convectors. They use ceramic Teploceramic panels as a ready-made solution for home heating. The cost of equipment for building is reduced to the purchase of the panels, connecting wires and regulators.

Heating of working rooms

Отопление рабочих помещений

For offices, restaurants, salons, where electricity and heating rates are much higher than in residential complexes, it is important to use Teploceramic economical heaters. It is convenient to program the heating to turn on a couple of hours before the staff arrives at work and turn it off after the end of the working day.

Heating of social facilities: kindergartens, schools, hospitals

Отопление социальных объектов: садики, школы, больницы

For such institutions, along with saving electricity, there is safety and environmental friendliness of heating. Teploceramic heating panels are made from natural materials. All heaters are long-wave - safe for health and have protection from children. It is possible to control the degree of surface heating.

Heating of non-standard premises

Отопление нестандартных помещений

Infrared panel Teploceramic are ordered for the heating of churches and cathedrals. For such objects with high ceilings, the main thing is to correctly calculate the required number of heating devices, based on the cubic capacity of the room.

SECTION OF THE TEPLOCERAMIC PANEL

1. Heater - nichrome thread in double insulation. As a rule, it is used in blast furnaces, the operating temperatures of which are thousands of times higher than in a heater. Thanks to this, the service life of the panel is from 30 years. Double insulation of the heating element completely eliminates the risks associated with voltage drops, overheating and short circuits

2. Face side - porcelain. This is pressed granite chips with admixtures of sand, clay and other components. This material was chosen for the front side, because it is strong and durable, not subject to destruction under the influence of moisture and high temperature indicators. For impact resistance, the ceramic tile is covered with a layer of glaze, 1.5 mm thick, which makes its surface glossy

3-4. Internal filling – a sandwich made of several layers of materials (heat-resistant, insulating, heat-resistant layers). This ensures that the temperature of the back wall of the infrared heater is around 50 ℃, and the front wall is 85 ℃.

5. A special four-component eco-friendly solution that connects all elements of the heater. When it solidifies, the panel turns into a monolith. Thanks to the connecting solution, the heating element is securely fixed and does not come into contact with air, which reduces the possibility of damage to it to zero.

6. The case is metal. Metal thickness of 1 mm – ensures the strength and durability of the heater. Body painting – Italian powder paint. Double color inside and outside with further baking in a special oven. This case is not afraid of moisture and dampness.

7. Infrared wave. Length – 8.33 microns. Safe and comfortable for people. Analogous to the wave that radiates from a "Russian stove" or a fireplace made of stone. Intensively and deeply warms the walls of the room. Due to this, the heat is stored for a long time. It has a beneficial effect on human health, increasing immunity and speeding up the process of cell regeneration.

COMPARISON OF TEPLOCERAMIC WITH GAS HEATING AT HOME

MONTHLY EXPENSES Teploceramic
MONTHLY EXPENSES Gas

For the purity of the comparative calculation, the same source data were used:

Type of heating - the main.
The air temperature outside is minus 5 degrees in winter (average t).
The indoor temperature is plus 21-23 degrees.
Characteristics of the house: brick house of 100m2, walls – one and a half bricks, ceiling height – 2.5 m, double-glazed windows.

Heating with Teploceramic.

To heat 1m2 of the area using panels, 50 W of electricity is consumed – the norm for heating a room with small heat losses.
Let's calculate the consumption: 50 W/m2 x the area of the house x 8 working hours per day (as long as the heaters work with the original data) x 30 days = electricity consumption. It remains to multiply by the tariff.

Heating the house with gas.

For gas heating, we used statistics for 5 houses with an area of 100 m2 and the average monthly gas volume spent – 400 m3 (for 7 heating months from October to the end of April).

400 m3 of gas x per tariff = costs for heating the room with gas.

COMPARISON OF TEPLOCERAMIC INFRARED CERAMIC PANEL WITH CONVECTION HEATING

The main difference between Teploceramic and convection heating is different operating principles.

Source data for comparison:
Type of heating - the main.
Room characteristics: insulated walls, ceiling height – up to 3 m, double - glazed windows.

Teploceramic heaters.

Infrared panels heat the walls and surrounding objects. The electricity consumed by the panel is completely spent on heating the room and people, by "heating" the surfaces with heat. After warming up, the heater is rarely turned on only to maintain the temperature, the heat is kept by the walls.

Convection heating.

Convectors heat the air. Warm air masses rise up, cold – fall down, the temperature at the ceiling is higher than at the level of a person. As a result: you are still cold, and hot air accumulates under the ceiling. The air, due to its properties, cools down quickly and the convector needs to be turned on frequently to maintain heat in the room. In addition, warm air is released through the ventilation system – you heat the street, not your home. This means that 25% more electricity is consumed, which is wasted.

COMPARISON WITH OTHER TYPES OF HEATING

Similar results in terms of efficiency and economy are obtained when comparing infrared heaters with other types of heating devices. You can see the summary results in the following table:

By choosing the Teploceramic infrared ceramic heater for heating or warming
you get:

  • High-quality heater at an affordable price.
  • Power saving.
  • Infrared heater as a design element.
  • The healing effect of "stone therapy".
  • The air in the room is oxygenated and odorless.
  • Quick installation.
  • No need for permits.

SAFETY OF THE TEPLOCERAMIC INFRARED HEATER

Closed type heating element. Double insulation of the heater ensures the safety of the device without the risk of overheating and short circuit. The degree of protection of the shell (IP 54) allows the heater to be used in rooms with high humidity.

All TCM models have fasteners with special safety retainers. It is impossible to remove the heater from the bracket by pulling it towards you.

The panel is not afraid of power surges. All products have class II protection – the heating element is protected by a double layer of insulation. This completely eliminates the penetration of current "on the body". You can safely leave the panel turned on, leaving the room for a long time.

All devices are equipped with a three-wire cord. The plug connection also has a ground contact. Therefore, any damage to the internal insulation eliminates the occurrence of voltage on the metal body of the heater.

the thickness of the back wall of the panel is 50 C – 60 C. This means that the wall on which the heater hangs is barely heated. The electric panel can be installed in wooden houses without the risk of drying out the wood. The temperature of the front side of the device is within 80 C – 85 C. Touching the panel eliminates the possibility of getting burns – the heat of a heated stone.

The panel works silently.

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS OF THE TEPLOCERAMIC CERAMIC HEATER

The infrared waves emitted by the panel, 8.33 microns long, are safe for humans. Comfortable heat similar to the heat of a heated stone.

High-quality eco-friendly and safe components are used in the production of the heater.
Stoneware – has a low radiation background.
Nichrome – in double isolation.
Italian powder paints.

Electricity is the single cleanest source of energy that prevents harm to the environment.

The monolithic construction of the ceramic panel prevents air access to the heating element. The result is that oxygen is not burned, and there is no need for constant ventilation of the room.

The temperature of the heater in the range of 80 – 85 C. This ensures a comfortable level of humidity in the room. The air is not too dry, and accordingly – the mucous membranes do not dry out, there is no effect of dry skin of the hands and face.

Unlike a convector, an infrared heater does not raise dust. The air in the heated room always remains clean and fresh.
